We used to have a relationship that so bonded that we didn’t really care about anything else. As sisters we share everything and know everything about one another. But as we grew older, I guess times change and people change too. I missed my sister and the things we did together. She was becoming more and more far away from me.
When I chanced upon her one afternoon to ask how she was, I suggested that we try doing the Body Gospel workout since we both like to be fit. She said a simple yes and agreed to start the next day.
The following sessions were becoming more regular and my sister and I were talking again, just like old times. What’s also great was we both loved the gospel music and we eventually apologized for being so far apart. Thank you Body Gospel for bringing my sister back!
